We are all in this together. That's what it feels like when you are in the middle of a great workout amongst others with similar goals..being pushed beyond your comfort zone. Encouraged to reach your goals.
That's also the reason why 10% of my proceeds are donated to the Community Storehouse. This vital resource provides assistance to more than 960 families in the community each month, and over 8000 children annually.
Whether in a Boot Camp class or in our community, we truly are all in this together. Let's help others while I help you meet your fitness goals.
Our class to date has helped feed over 1600 families for a month each, I'm so proud of everyone's efforts in many ways! |
